Rebar upset forging and thread cutting technology

GD-150 rebar end upset forging machine is used to forge rebar end firstly, and then use GZL-45 rebar thread cutting machine to cut thread. Some attentions during use are as follows:

1. In order to check whether thread of coupler and thread of rebar is suitable or not, must often screw the threaded rebar into coupler to do test. Because the thread on chaser will be worn during the process, the thread Dia. on rebar will be bigger and bigger. So if find the thread is not suitable, must adjust the thread Diameter by rotating the Readjustment Circle. Rotate clockwise to add the Thread Diameter, and rotate anticlockwise to reduce the Thread Diamter.

2. After connect the wire of machine to power supply each time, must check whether the wire connection is right.

3. When connect the Transpositional Gear and the biggest gear, should not be too tight. If too tight, it will have big noise when work.
